Mansfield Homes Are Performing Well - by Tom Brewer
Mansfield Homes Are Performing Well
With mortgage rates still hovering extremely low (4%), more and more buyers shopping for a Mansfield, Texas home are finding great deals. In fact, most of the cities and towns in and around Tarrant County have good housing markets with lots of activity.
Mansfield homes priced under $200k are moving fastest while those in the $400k-$500k range are still selling, just a little slower. The biggest reason for this trend is probably attributable to the number of first-time homebuyers out in the market that may be young buyers or students building their financial futures. Of course some of the buyers may be families and retirees downsizing their current homes as well as real estate investors that know a good thing when they see it.
Mansfield has a long and illustrious history of being a great place to live and raise a family, open a business or both. It has garnered many accolades as a peaceful and serene yet progressive city. It gets all of the amenities of the bigger and busier nearby cities without all of the negative aspects. Please go to Mansfield Texas Real Estate for more information.
