Tarrant County Real Estate Updates - by Tom Brewer

Tarrant County Real Estate Updates The real estate climate in the Tarrant County region is still thriving in residential and commercial markets. To give you an idea of the scale of commercial real estate in this area, the Dallas/Fort Worth area ranks as the 2nd largest office market in the country. Just recently for example, Fort Worth’s Heritage Commons IV office building, a huge 164,000 square foot, 10 acre property was bought by a large investment group. This represented a $31 million commercial real estate transaction. In the Arlington residential real estate sector, there are over 1,000 available homes currently on the market, a healthy number to choose from for buyers. Other cities in the region are also doing well and there has been a marked decrease in the number of foreclosed and distressed homes on the market. Another good indicator that good things are ahead for Tarrant County real estate is the fact that numerous businesses are coming to take advantage of the great savings and deals they can find here. Affordable homes and plenty of jobs continue to draw more and more people to live in Arlington. Please go to Arlington Texas Real Estate for more information.
