October Gains an 8% Increase in Sales Over Last Year
According to recent Texas MLS data, October home sales were up by 8% from this same time last year. In a national economy that is struggling to regain its equilibrium, this figure is certainly moving in the right direction. Favorable mortgage rates and reasonable home prices have definitely helped contribute to the current trend.
Homebuyers in the cities of Mansfield and Arlington should be aware that homes in these nice Tarrant County cities have always been competitively priced and typically did not suffer from over-inflated appraisals a couple of years ago which was one of the many factors that affected the national housing market.
All of that aside, it is easy to see why people are moving to Tarrant County. Even if you chose to ignore all of the fantastic amenities and benefits available to residents, there are still so many perks to living here that both buyers and renters are moving into town.
If you are interested in finding out more information about great homes in these areas, feel free to contact the experienced professionals at the Tom Brewer, Jr. REMAX & Mortgage Specialists.
