Massive Shopping Center Coming to Tarrant County - by Tom Brewer

Massive Shopping Center Coming to Tarrant County

The Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit of the Trammel Crow Company, a major Texas developer plans to break ground soon on the new Timbercreek Crossing Shopping Center. Tarrant County residents can expect to see such big name stores as JC Penney and Walmart among the proposed tenants of the development.

Trammell Crow has been developing DFW area commercial and residential properties since 1948. They have been involved in hundreds of projects totaling in the billions. Their experience spans multiple industries and disciplines. Area residents can be confident that the project will be a success.

The Timbercreek Crossing Shopping Center project will include plenty of space for retail shops, restaurants and businesses. The shopping center is expected to generate very large amounts of local revenue as well as taxes so the local economy will only benefit from the project.

The project, expected to open as soon as 2010, will be the first of its size and scale in the area. Local residents will enjoy the convenience of the new shopping center. Local homeowners will appreciate the increase in their home values.

As more and more people migrate to the DFW area from other parts of the state and the country, the demand for DFW homes, jobs and local resources will increase. Projects like these will help sustain the projected growth of the area by creating new jobs and having plenty of real estate inventory to choose from.
