Arlington and Mansfield Texas Foreclosure Availability
I just wanted to post a quick update on the foreclosure markets for Southwest Arlington and Mansfield Texas real estate. One of the interesting anomalies of the so called moratorium on foreclosure activity is the amount of foreclosure listings available in these areas.
Mansfield currently has 23 foreclosures available and S.W. Arlington around 40. This is inclusive of all price points.
The high demand areas for real estate are not only experiencing a shortage of foreclosure properties, the properties that are listed on the market are selling in a matter of days. I receive many requests for foreclosures and the advice that I give all clients is that you better hurry and get there first if you are looking in these high demand areas of real estate.Banks are in the liquidity business, not the real estate business.
