Luxury Community and Shops Coming to Mansfield Texas

Realty Capital Partners purchased 8.5 acres of land in Mansfield where it will be building a brand new luxury apartment community. The Colleyville, Texas company plans to also put shops on the site and the area will be collectively known as the “L”.

In an interview by Star-Telegram reporter Sandra Baker, Realty Capital Partners VP, Rian Maguire explained that the name is descriptive of the shape of the property they plan to develop on the site. Maguire went on to say that the L will take just over a year to complete. The property will be a welcome addition to the local Mansfield real estate market and will give local residents another great housing option.

The plans for the L include 175 luxury apartment units situated in six 4-story buildings. The lower levels of the buildings will include 31,000 square feet of retail space to cater to upscale shops and a fitness center. The apartments will come in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans to accommodate families of all sizes. Residents will have everything they need right there onsite.
