1. FHA - 3% AmeriDream Program and Sller paid closing costs.
2.VA - 100% financing as lond as you are a veteran. Should you have a disability letter then the Mortgage Insurance Program is waived.
3. Wells Fargo is still doing a Home Opportunities program at 100% with a 620 FICO score. All fence sitters will need to be locked by the end of April to obtain this program as according to the higher ups at Wells Fargo this program will not be available in it's current form after that.
